It was exactly 13 years ago today that Lucille Ball passed away. :( The world still misses her, but I'm sure Heaven is probably a very happy place because she is there.

I was thinking about that today. When I looked at the paper this morning and saw the date I instantly thought of Lucy. At school, I thought about her everytime I had to write the date on my paper. It's hard to believe it's been 13 years already.

R.I.P. Lucy... I'm gonna scan the pictures I took when I visited Lucille Ball at Forest Lawn I just need to plug it up...

I can't belive she is really dead. Even though I know she is but I mean so people are still huge lucy fans and fans of I Love Lucy so she will be always alive in our memories.

So today is the day... I remember seeing her the cover of People about a week later at a gorcery store, but back then I had no idea who she was. But I still remember seeing this random magazine- must have been fate.

I love Lucille Ball! She is my favorite actress and always will be. I am super glad I had the oppurtinity to get into I Love Lucy when I did. I was about 11 years old in the year 1994. Thank god it was in reruns because if it wasn't I may have never been exposed to Lucille Ball at all! :eek: She is a very talented gifted actress who knows how to make people laugh. I will always remember her when I age (grow old), always. I think I will never stop watching her at all. I tend to watch her everyday, every week, every month, every year! I've grown to love Lucy and appreciate her for what she has done! Lucy is sadly missed and I hope to meet her in Heaven.

On this day something horrible went wrong, let's continue to post pics of god's masterpiece.

Well for Lucy, at least she gets to look down on us to see how big of fans we are and how big of an impact she had on the world i just wish i could have met her ...

this may sound silly but when i woke up i had tears in my eyes remembering the date... i love all those pictures you guys have of her!! I havent seen some of them.. thanks for posting!

Lucy may no longer be with us, but she has left us a wonderful legacy. I Love Lucy is still one of the most widely syndicated shows all over the world. In my area this show comes on 7 days a week, with this legacy in tact, no one will ever forget her.
