Not every actor/actress can easily make the transition from TV to movies, I don't know why Lea is expected for greater things, you either have the juice or you don't.

I see her career go like Sarah Michelle Gellar who of course we all thought she would have a successful career after Buffy but things don't turn out that way.

I saw her on Sons of Anarchy 2 years ago. She played a dumpy character and there was no sign of her Glee character. There is hope for her if she goes out for more roles like that.
