Two and a half Men and Family Feud.
My mother passed away last year. And a year before that she fell and broke her hip. My brother and his family were out of town. I couldn't find her for 2 days even when I called and called. She was found by her neighbor and taken to the hospital. But I was going crazy thinking the worst. I was watching Family Feud and I was crying thinking of my mother. Then there was a question, Name a reason why a relative would not be at your house for Thanksgiving. They named all the usual answers. Then at the end they showed all the left over answers. One was, they are dead. Steve burst out laughing and then I burst out laughing. It sure made me feel good about my situation. Thank God my mother was better at least for another year.

Aw, thanks for sharing that story, Liane. (What a beautiful name. :) )

My spirits get lifted with the greatest show of all time in my opinion, I Love Lucy.

There is something so hilarious yet familiar about these iconic characters. They are like family members. :)

I'm a big fan of Rules of Engagement. Somehow I know I've seen all the shows but somehow it always makes me laugh. Its my "go to" show.

When 9/11 took place i was really upset, so i started watching a movie on one of the Starz channels. They had removed all of the viloent movies because of 9/11.

Thanks my name is actually Leann but my mother thought she was being original by spelling it that way. But we have both seen it spelled that way a few times.

Nothing soothes my soul like black and white:

The Donna Reed Show
Mister Ed
The Patty Duke Show
Car 54, Where Are You?
Father Knows Best

I watched all of these on Nick at Nite and The Family Channel when I was a kid and they just bring me back to a simpler time in my life.
