Saw the show on the 25th and one has teardrops on his face! how do i find more info on this show and pics? i am sure i have seen him before.

I worked with the guy last summer and know for 100% fact that is him but I can find no way to report it I tried calling Harrison county sherrifs and they didn't have any idea what i was talking about

Have you looked at their profiles under the Unsolved Mysteries episode guide (1987-1999)? The segment was originally shown on September 6, 1996.
