For those who have had this happen, at what age did you stop saying I'm almost (insert age) and start saying I won't be (insert age) until ...?

Just curious. I find myself saying this, this year. I'm not saying I'm almost 38. I'm saying I'm still 37 until the 20th.

You stop saying "I'm almost . ." at about 25, and start again at age 70! lol

I think I made the switch when I was in my late teens.

A few weeks ago my sister asked me how old I was now and I told her that I would be 38 special for another month.

I was in my 20s somewhere.

Everyone is different, that's cool.

I was probably around 12.

I guess in my 30's

Tell people that you are 10 years older than you really are and they will say "you don't look it!"(hopefully!) If they don't react :eek:
