I'm currently re-reading a book about this show (it's called HAILING TAXI). It was written in 1988, and James L. Brooks mentions that they might do a reunion of this show. Do you think a reunion would work? I think it would if the story went something like: Alex who's now retired and living in upstate New York; see in the newpaper or something that the Sunshine cab company which has changed hands a few times over the years, has been sold again and the new owners are having the garage torn down and a new one built so he decides to go visit the place while it's still standing. He starts reminiscing about his days there and they show clips from some episodes.
