I was watching last night's episode of Black-ish and to me Jenifer Lewis, who plays Dre's mom reminded me of Lawanda Page the way she delivered her lines. She had a similar type of delivery Page had as Aunt Esther on Sanford and Son. Anyone think so?

No, but she is cool though and does not like her daughter in law.

I am familiar with Jenifer Lewis because the first time I saw her act was when she provided the voice of Mama Odie in Disney's The Princess And The Frog and I thought she was so funny and hip and not only that Jenifer Lewis can sing too. What a surprise that she appears in ABC's Blackish because Jenifer Lewis really is wonderful and cool and full of laughs for everyone
