No date as of yet, but it- along with some other Warner Bros. programs- will be added to the Antenna TV schedule at some point in 2017. Hopefully it won't be between the midnight- 6 a.m. slot. :p

View Full Version : Coming to Antenna TV in 2017 JR1 09-24-2016, 09:42 AM No date as of yet, but it- along with some other Warner Bros. programs- will be added to the Antenna TV schedule at some point in 2017. Hopefully it won't be between the midnight- 6 a.m. slot. :p yanksno1 09-24-2016, 06:17 PM Hate to support piracy, but seeing as this is prob the only way we'll get it someone needs to do captures and upload it to torrents or sell it. I'd gladly donate to someone to do this. MrCleveland 09-24-2016, 06:25 PM Once Head of the Class is on Antenna TV...I may reinstall my converter box and amplifiers. everybodylovesrs 10-22-2016, 09:21 AM That's pretty cool, wish I had Antenna but I don't. I hadn't seen the show before but someone mentioned it on this board, I saw an ep, it's pretty cool! TVFactFan 10-22-2016, 12:17 PM That's pretty cool, wish I had Antenna but I don't. I hadn't seen the show before but someone mentioned it on this board, I saw an ep, it's pretty cool! This announcement may not be as huge if the shows is airing at 4am in the morning. So even those with antenna may not be as lucky Svenfan1234 10-22-2016, 12:51 PM I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. They wouldn't bury it at 4AM GingerPopTart 10-22-2016, 02:16 PM I am extremely excited about this as Head of the Class is one of my favorite shows. mets82 10-22-2016, 03:12 PM I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. They wouldn't bury it at 4AM Didn't they bury Dear John at 4am? Svenfan1234 10-23-2016, 08:54 AM Didn't they bury Dear John at 4am? Yes, but they also gave it Weekend slots in primetime. So I'm sure Head of the Class will be given a good timeslot. yanksno1 10-26-2016, 09:07 PM It's going straight to my DVR when they start airing it. I'm def looking forward to seeing it. Hoping we go through an entire series run at least once before they cancel it. Don't know the next opportunity it'll come on again (given it's taking this long to get it). everybodylovesrs 10-28-2016, 08:39 AM Hope we'll see more of them. I have recently seen some of the episodes and i think the show is fantastic Svenfan1234 02-09-2017, 10:08 AM Antenna just said it'll be coming later this year, probably in the fall. JR1 03-17-2017, 02:13 PM Thanks- hopefully it stays a while, whenever it arrives. Svenfan1234 03-17-2017, 04:34 PM ^I agree. What bothers me is that we have no idea when it actually premieres. tvfanatic2007 04-22-2017, 03:19 AM People just need to be patient and stop talking so much. Example piracy etc.. some memberys talk entirely too much. Don't Jinx it. You don't know if warer bros. has interns , workers etc on these messages boards undercover to see what the public is saying. Just wait and see. Good things come to those who wait. And stop talking so much Svenfan1234 04-22-2017, 12:43 PM I can't believe it's finally coming!!! Via Antenna on FB it should be sometime in the fall that Head of the Class comes!!! How exciting! JR1 07-12-2017, 10:04 AM Hopefully in time for the start of the new school year. :) It's weird that a consistent top 30 program during its five-year run just fell by the wayside and got "forgotten" through the years. Svenfan1234 09-11-2017, 06:57 PM It's going to be on Christmas and daily after that, along with several other new shows, some not even announced yet. This is from Antenna. MA 09-11-2017, 07:05 PM It's going to be on Christmas and daily after that, along with several other new shows, some not even announced yet. This is from Antenna. I'm hoping that some of the other shows will either be Dave's World or The John Larroquette Show. Svenfan1234 11-30-2017, 12:11 PM Head of the Class will be on Saturday, December 9th @ 8pm ET on Antenna. mets82 11-30-2017, 08:09 PM Now, the 8pm time slot isn't the slot that they will be on regularly, right? Mr. Television 11-30-2017, 08:18 PM Now, the 8pm time slot isn't the slot that they will be on regularly, right? No it's just a special Christmas episode. yanksno1 12-05-2017, 10:33 PM Just looked up the ep, and it's S5E15. Weird one to start on. That's the only showing my DVR can find for 2 weeks. Really hope this gets on a regular run so someone can capture it for us to have. TVFactFan 12-05-2017, 10:42 PM Just looked up the ep, and it's S5E15. Weird one to start on. Enough is Enough bad edits sh*tty scheduling crunch credits Svenfan1234 12-05-2017, 10:45 PM Just looked up the ep, and it's S5E15. Weird one to start on. Mr. Television 12-05-2017, 11:30 PM Not a Howard Hesseman episode. BigManMike 12-06-2017, 12:15 AM I want Antenna TV to be deleted from my cable. Enough is Enough bad edits sh*tty scheduling crunch credits Exactly. All that plus way too much lousy Johnny Carson. I haven’t watched Antenna TV in over two years and I don’t ever plan to again. Too bad they have get all the good shows and ruin them while MeTV has to show too many stupid westerns. Jennyluvver 12-07-2017, 04:14 AM That's the Christmas ep. Chances are it will not have any edits. That's right. The only reason they are showing the episode early is because it's the only Christmas episode. It's a shame that it's one of the weakest episodes in the entire series; a semi-dramatic affair in which Vicki (one of the students from the final two years) tracks down her birth mother. For those who haven't seen Head of the Class, and who watch this episode first, don't think it's indicative of the series as a whole because it bears little to no resemblance to the classic Head of the Class of earlier years. I'd even go so far to say that the episode doesn't even do the better episodes of the last season justice. I have heard from Antenna TV that Head of the Class will begin airing regularly, presumably from the first episode, every weekday on January 2nd, during the afternoon, in a block with Welcome Back Kotter. KurtfromPitts 12-13-2017, 11:55 AM If it's in a convenient slot I'll only be seeing seasons 1-3. Never cared for the changes in seasons 4 and 5. mets82 12-13-2017, 09:22 PM Yes, the episode wasn't even with Howard Hesseman. I thought the show changed when he left and Billy came in. howierules86 12-23-2017, 04:50 PM My DVR says that on the night of Thursday, December 28th, Antenna TV will be doing a two-hour block of Head of the Class with the following episodes (all times Eastern): 8:00 PM - Critical Choices (Season 1) 8:30 PM - That'll Be The Day (Season 2) 9:00 PM - First Date (Season 3) 9:30 PM - Tough Guys Don't Sew (Season 4) biffbronson 12-24-2017, 11:25 AM Thanks for the heads-up!:) KHRYSTYNE RULES!! Super-hot. JR1 12-29-2017, 09:11 PM Looks like it will be on at 2:30 p.m. EST starting Tuesday. About time, as it was announced more than a year a go that it would be airing on the channel. I'll be able to see it on Thursdays and Fridays. Hopefully it will stay on a bit. mets82 12-29-2017, 10:00 PM About freaking time. Btw, can you really say that it debuted in 2017? They showed, what, 2 episodes? Svenfan1234 12-29-2017, 10:35 PM About freaking time. Btw, can you really say that it debuted in 2017? They showed, what, 2 episodes? 4 last night, and 5 total. I liked the Grease episode with Alan as the guardian angel, all in white and singing his pretty little head off. I had total flashbacks to the late '80s and my (then) unrealized crush on Alan, who was like Alex P. Keaton done right. Alan was so uptight and repressed in his sweet ties and sport jackets; just waiting for him to explode, was, back in the day, one of the hottest things on TV. He so totally wanted Darlene, and I so totally wanted him.:) Svenfan1234 12-29-2017, 11:29 PM I liked the Grease episode with Alan as the guardian angel, all in white and singing his pretty little head off. So they can say now that it debuted in 2017. Shoot. I forgot they were on the other night. And I needed something to watch. 4500 posts. yanksno1 08-16-2019, 09:33 PM Anybody able to capture these? Looks like Antenna TV has reduced the airings to twice a week now. Major bummer there. Hoping to get some missing eps, if any of you guys have them please PM me. JR1 01-06-2020, 05:46 PM No longer on 3-4 p.m. weekends, but rather 2:30 a.m. weeknights (oy; was it on at that time with the most recent schedule? I know it was at some point) and 6:30 p.m. Sundays. TVQuack 02-15-2020, 04:52 PM This is now streaming on the Roku channel on Roku, all 5 seasons are available! |
