No date as of yet, but it- along with some other Warner Bros. programs- will be added to the Antenna TV schedule at some point in 2017. Hopefully it won't be between the midnight- 6 a.m. slot. :p

Hate to support piracy, but seeing as this is prob the only way we'll get it someone needs to do captures and upload it to torrents or sell it. I'd gladly donate to someone to do this.

This announcement may not be as huge if the shows is airing at 4am in the morning. So even those with antenna may not be as lucky

Yes, but they also gave it Weekend slots in primetime. So I'm sure Head of the Class will be given a good timeslot.

It's going straight to my DVR when they start airing it. I'm def looking forward to seeing it. Hoping we go through an entire series run at least once before they cancel it. Don't know the next opportunity it'll come on again (given it's taking this long to get it).

Hope we'll see more of them. I have recently seen some of the episodes and i think the show is fantastic

People just need to be patient and stop talking so much. Example piracy etc.. some memberys talk entirely too much. Don't Jinx it. You don't know if warer bros. has interns , workers etc on these messages boards undercover to see what the public is saying. Just wait and see. Good things come to those who wait. No it's just a special Christmas episode.

Just looked up the ep, and it's S5E15. Weird one to start on. That's the only showing my DVR can find for 2 weeks. Really hope this gets on a regular run so someone can capture it for us to have.

Exactly. All that plus way too much lousy Johnny Carson. I haven’t watched Antenna TV in over two years and I don’t ever plan to again. Too bad they have get all the good shows and ruin them while MeTV has to show too many stupid westerns.

That's right. The only reason they are showing the episode early is because it's the only Christmas episode. It's a shame that it's one of the weakest episodes in the entire series; a semi-dramatic affair in which Vicki (one of the students from the final two years) tracks down her birth mother. For those who haven't seen Head of the Class, and who watch this episode first, don't think it's indicative of the series as a whole because it bears little to no resemblance to the classic Head of the Class of earlier years. I'd even go so far to say that the episode doesn't even do the better episodes of the last season justice.

I have heard from Antenna TV that Head of the Class will begin airing regularly, presumably from the first episode, every weekday on January 2nd, during the afternoon, in a block with Welcome Back Kotter.

If it's in a convenient slot I'll only be seeing seasons 1-3. Never cared for the changes in seasons 4 and 5.

Yes, the episode wasn't even with Howard Hesseman. I thought the show changed when he left and Billy came in.

My DVR says that on the night of Thursday, December 28th, Antenna TV will be doing a two-hour block of Head of the Class with the following episodes (all times Eastern):

8:00 PM - Critical Choices (Season 1)
8:30 PM - That'll Be The Day (Season 2)
9:00 PM - First Date (Season 3)
9:30 PM - Tough Guys Don't Sew (Season 4)

I liked the Grease episode with Alan as the guardian angel, all in white and singing his pretty little head off. I had total flashbacks to the late '80s and my (then) unrealized crush on Alan, who was like Alex P. Keaton done right. Alan was so uptight and repressed in his sweet ties and sport jackets; just waiting for him to explode, was, back in the day, one of the hottest things on TV. He so totally wanted Darlene, and I so totally wanted him.:)

Anybody able to capture these? Looks like Antenna TV has reduced the airings to twice a week now. Major bummer there. Hoping to get some missing eps, if any of you guys have them please PM me.

No longer on 3-4 p.m. weekends, but rather 2:30 a.m. weeknights (oy; was it on at that time with the most recent schedule? I know it was at some point) and 6:30 p.m. Sundays.
