Asian-American actress Constance Wu, from the show Fresh Off the Boat, presented at tonight's Emmy Awards but folks on Twitter are demanding to know why the comedienne wasn't nominated. The ABC sitcom Fresh Off the Boat is about the life of young Eddie Huang and his Asian-American family's life in Florida in the 1990s. Randall Park plays Eddie's dad, Louis, and Constance Wu plays Eddie's mom, Jessica. Both Park and Wu took to the stage tonight to share the winners of the Emmy for Guest Actor and Actress in a Comedy Series. But before they read the names off the teleprompter, they addressed the elephant in the room - that their show wasn't nominated.

I guess the academy's excuse is that there's only so many entries per category that they couldn't add another slot.
