He was the whole package. Talent, looks, generosity to his colleagues, his fans and the charities he supported. Its a shame he died so young. Apparently he died in the same hospital he was born in. So sad, his death was completely preventable but his condition was diagnosed too late.

I think that it was a great testament to John Ritter's talent and charisma that Three's Company was able to reasonably survive the whole ordeal involving Suzanne Somers during Season 5.
