When I was cleaning my mom's bookshelf in my family room I found a book called The Television Years and I was wondering if anyone has heard about it? It was published in 1973 and The Television Years features photos and amazing facts about 1940's radio shows game shows variety shows mystery shows and sitcoms from the 1950s to the 1970s. Is the book The Television Years very collectible for TV fans?

I had that book years ago and each chapter was described as "The Year of ..."
The 1965 chapter was known as "The Year of the Car", 1966 as "The Year of the Bat" and 1971, when All in the Family debuted was known as "The Year of the Bigot."

I own one. Except I wouldn't call my copy a book. It is in a magazine, style format. It says copyright 1973, 1974. Stapled with newsprint-type paper. Perhaps its a different edition? It has a red cover. There are lots of photos, and a brief rundown of each year. It was probably one of the first books ever published that was devoted to TV shows. It was useful in its day, but so much has been written about TV and specific shows since.
