I wouldn't think they were except a lot of times a clip will show up in the closing credits that wasn't in the episode. Then in one of yesterday's episodes Corky Pigeon (Freddy) was credited even though he didn't have any lines in the episode (he appeared in the episode, but he didn't say anything).

Yes they are. I have season 1. I bought retail. It has scenes cut out.
Also I see scenes in the closing credit they did not show.
