Until now I didn't remember that Frasier leaves Seattle in the finale because he was chasing a girl. The problem was she was only introduced about 3 or 4 episodes before then. They should have introduced her at the beginning of the season I think. They did that with Martin to make him moving out and marrying that woman believable. And George in Seinfeld was with his girl a whole season before he almost married her. I think quitting your job and moving should have had at least a seasons worth a build up too. Anyone else agree?

Charlotte debuted pretty early in the season. Otherwise, I agree with the op.

Instead of chasing after some random lady he should have tried to get to know his son Frederick better.

Frasier for all of his good qualities was very self centered.

Frederick seemed like an afterthought. :(

I agree with that completely. Frederick should have always come first, but he never did..... don't understand why Frasier moved 3,000 miles away from him to begin with.... selfish? I think so.
