As a fan of Supermarket Sweep I always wondered why it's host David Ruprecht never got the chance to host another game show because you haven't seen David Ruprecht being mentioned in the news anymore and so I wish that David Ruprecht would make a huge comeback to the game show world. I also heard that he has guest starred on many shows as an actor and now David Ruprecht is focusing on his acting career since Supermarket Sweep ended it's run on PAX TV. Do you think David Ruprecht will star in other game shows someday and return to the game show world to be a big superstar game show host again?

I got the movie Star Trek II The Wrath Of Khan and discovered that David Ruprecht was featured as the voice of the radio operator and when I learned this news I was shocked to see David Ruprecht being mentioned in the end credits. I remember seeing David in Supermarket Sweep and he was so funny and it's a shock to the game show world that David Ruprecht hasn't been seen in any other game shows and he deserves a comeback to the game show world because David Ruprecht is a very underrated game show host indeed

Wow Mace that's some pretty good info on David Ruprecht. He was an unknown host to me until I saw Supermarket Sweep when I was a kid and he was a really funny host for the show. I wish GSN could get Supermarket Sweep reruns to see David host because it was a good and fun show

David Ruprecht is so talented as a game show host and he really should host a game show for GSN because GSN would love having David Ruprecht in the GSN family. Another thing I discovered about David Ruprecht was before he starred in Supermarket Sweep and made appearences in sitcoms David appeared in commercials for Albertson's in the 80's and commercials for Stove Top Stuffing in the 80's and David Ruprecht recently made a Christmas movie where he plays Scrooge that takes place after A Christmas Carol. David is amazing as an actor but I would like to see more game shows hosted by David Ruprecht in the future. That would be so impressive to see

I think David Ruprecht should become known as The Comeback Kid and try to host another game show for GSN because I bet a comeback game show for David Ruprecht would gain GSN more viewers if they had a game show host like him. Did you know that David Ruprecht also played a game show host on an episode of Family Matters when Steve Urkel was a contestant on a game show? David Ruprecht is a great game show host that is so funny and is a wonderful comedian as well

I remember David Ruprecht always wearing a colorful sweater when he hosted Supermarket Sweep. It's a shame he hasn't been hired to host any other game show. He's warm, personable and witty and had great rapport with the contestants. Would he made a better host on The Price is Right than Drew Carey?

How old is David Ruprecht now? Because I haven't heard anything about him lately. And the last news I heard he retired and has a winery now in Santa Rosa California
