"Feed the Beast" Canceled at AMC

"Feed the Beast" is one and done at AMC.

The cable network canceled the restaurant drama starring David Schwimmer and Jim Sturgess on Friday, according to The Hollywood Reporter.



"We have great respect and admiration for the entire team associated with Feed the Beast, starting with Clyde Phillips, David Schwimmer, Jim Sturgess and our studio partner, Lionsgate.

We are thankful for the opportunity to collaborate with them and appreciative of their talents, dedication and care. Unfortunately, the show simply didn't achieve the results needed to move forward with a second season," AMC said in a statement.

I saw the very first episode of Feed The Beast simply because I am a fan of Jim Sturgess and I never knew that he had talent for TV shows and since I liked Jim Sturgess in the animated movie Legend Of The Guardians The Owls Of Gahoole where he voiced the character Soren I gave Feed The Beast a chance to see how well Jim Sturgess acted on the show and I was impressed. Now this is one show I would love to own on DVD now that AMC has cancelled it to add to my Jim Sturgess collection of movies
