I'll go with Happy Days because a lot of scenes take place at Arnold's Drive-In, which is the one TV restaurant that I would love to hang out at.

Two Guys and a Girl once had a pizza place...what ever did happen to the pizza place?

On The Drew Carey Show, Drew and his friends would hang-out at Warsaw Tavern.
On Home Improvement, Tim would go to Big Mike's.
On Friends, there was Central Perk.

Was there a restaurant people would hang-out on FOL? I know that in Seinfeld and Frasier, the cast would be at a restaurant and cafe... respectfully..I wish I knew the names of those places...

If reality shows count, I really like Gordon Ramey's Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell (which mostly has a restaurant part in the show). The clueless owners are idiots and it is funny watching Gordon get unglued and flustered at these morons and the deplorable state of their kitchens and dining rooms. Unfortunately, Kitchen Nightmares is now gone for good, and Hotel Hell isn't as good as it used to be. Also, they only do like six episodes a year.

Then there is Bar Rescue with John Taffer, which is a similar setup to Kitchen Nightmares but in a bar setting. Taffer is a good guy, but he gets beet red faced angry and will sometimes throw tantrums as the real idiot owners who offer an unsafe environment for guests and staff. Hilarity ensues.

But Bar Rescue is also not as good as it used to be because they had to mess with a winning formula. But Taffer is awesome! "Clean this mess up you failure!"
