Eva Longoria Will Bless Us with her Presence on "Jane the Virgin" This Season

It's a match so perfect we're mad we didn't think of it first.

Former "Desperate Housewives" actress Eva Longoria will guest-star in an upcoming episode of "Jane the Virgin's" third season (Monday, Oct. 17 at 9/8c). The totally awesome news -- which we're sure has Rogelio freaking out -- was announced Wednesday, when star Jaime Camil posted a photo to Instagram.

"Guess who is checking into the Marbella Hotel this season?" he captioned the photo.


Season 3 returns Monday, Oct. 17 at 9/8c on The CW.

Eva Longoria will return to "Jane the Virgin" appearing as herself in the March 2 episode, in which Rogelio seeks out Longoria to co-star in the American adaptation of The Passions of Santos.

The two will then discover that they have a “surprising connection.”
