tlc38tlc38 09-05-2016, 10:50 AM Not an actual funeral but the "Mama's Family" episode "Mama's Layaway Plan" has Mama dreaming about her own funeral when she's shocked by a shortage in a lamp.
This episode airs tonight on MeTV.
KatieAnn 09-05-2016, 11:33 AM Chuckles The Clown funeral was classic.
Eddie LeBec's funeral on Cheers was the first one that came to my mind, with the hockey sticks and the brawl.
Race's Girl 09-06-2016, 08:39 AM Fonzie's Funeral Parts 1 and 2 - Happy Days
Charlie's funeral on Two and a Half Men
Yeah, they were good TV funerals
Becca3557 09-10-2016, 07:42 PM Not really a funeral, but I loved the episode of "Jim's Inheritance" on Taxi where his siblings have him declared incompetent so they can control his inheritance. He goes through some of his dad's personal effects and begins a poignant discussion with his dad's suit spread over the couch. Then he finds a tape his dad left for him of Stevie Wonder's "You Are the Sunshine of My Life" and realizes his father did really love him despite their differences. Christopher Lloyd and Taxi at their best......wonderful. :clap
Yong Fang 09-13-2016, 10:33 AM Stretch being Jewish was a big surprise. Looked like a goofy Polock.
Yong Fang 09-15-2016, 11:10 AM TAXI was probably one of the best crafted TV shows of all time and was perfect for the era.
Race's Girl 09-18-2016, 09:40 AM Does Father Jack's funeral from the Father Ted episode Grant Unto Him Eternal Rest count?
liane60 09-30-2016, 02:18 PM On Two and a Half Men when Evelyns 3rd huaband passed away.
