Would probably be more like Teen Wolf. A bit darker, a bit more gory but not that much? Still funny in its own twisted way.

Would a modern Buffy also be more serialized instead of monster of the week? The opening credits would be much shorter (unless it found its home on Netflix, then it'd be much longer) and darkly stylized without a montage in sight. The cast would be more racially diverse.
