The series ended years ago, yet there was a time you couldn't turn on TNT or TBS in the afternoon without hearing Mimi's loud voice (or see her big blue eyeshadow, emphasized to the point of total parody). Unfortunately she'll never reach that peak of popularity again. I'm glad that Kathy is still active in some form. I would read articles here and there in the late 90's and early 2000's how she used to write a few things while on set. I have been lucky enough to see some of her post "Mimi" work. Like her guest appearances on the cops themed My Name Is Earl episodes. A few game shows/late night episodes with her.
