"NCIS: New Orleans" Casts Wendie Malick as Sebastian's mom

Wendie Malick is keeping busy this fall.
On the heels of the news that the "Hot in Cleveland" star would recur on Fox’s "Pitch", EW has learned exclusively that Malick will also guest-star on "NCIS: New Orleans".
Malick will head to the Big Easy to play Sylvia Lund, the mother of eccentric forensic scientist Sebastian Lund (Rob Kerkovich). Sylvia is a loving and overprotective mother, who shares many of Sebatian’s quirks. She unabashedly worries about his health, well-being and safety, and still sees him as the sheltered child he was growing up.
She will appear in the fourth episode of season 3.
"NCIS: New Orleans" returns Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
