Any one every had/tried a Luna Bar? It's like a specially designed like snack/food bar for women..... My personal trainer turned me on to them... they're actually very good. I love the Lemon Zest flavor the most. Anyone?

I bet the grocery store. I know that the Stop & SHop by my house carried them and they're in like the health aisle........... like w/ Slim Fast and stuff like that.......

They are on the health aisle... so are they just like these sugar free 'let's go help my health' kind of things, or are they like.... dieting food?

They're not like meal bars, like you can't lose wait by just eating them as a meal, well prolly you can but its not enough to be a meal. *shrugs*. lol. They're designed for women and they have like all the vitamins and minerals that women need to stay healthy. So, yeah, it can keep you healthy but its not like crazy fitness healthy lol. I dunno. Hard to explain.
Swimfan85 04-23-2002, 03:40 PM i dont use that but there is stuff called like myoplex its not like slim fast, its more a shake containing vitamins and stuff like that...its mostly during hockey season (lol 10-11 months out of 12) but so i have that either before or during or after and during our tourny my coach was like dont drink soda and have this and some beef jerky(only too me and i was like right)

What is jerky? Meat cut into very thin strips and cured/dried to a hard rubbery consistancy. Since it's cured it lasts nearly forever, without spoiling. It's sold in packages in the grocery or oftentimes is in a large plastic jar at the checkout counter, and sold by the strip.
