There was so much love between Jessie and the kids that you'd think she'd visit them at Camp Kikiwaka for the weekend . You'd also think Brenda Song would guest star as London Tipton and meet Emma Ross ( Peyton List ) . It'd be fun to see London and Emma make friends and trade addresses and phone numbers . Debbie Ryan used to appear on The Suite Life on Deck and Phil Lewis suest -- starred as Marion Moseby, so you'd think Brenda Song would be next .
