In the past, I have made several threads in regards to a "Honeymooners" episode called "The Hot Dog Stand". For those of you who have not read my previous posts, I had a special reason for writing about it here. This is the fact that I found the outcome of this episode to be very similar to the outcome of the "Gimme a Break!" episode called "Samantha's Protest". One thing that I have pointed out is that, unlike episodes of "Gimme a Break!" that have no problem staying up on You Tube once they are posted, videos from other shows tend to get taken down very quickly. I would say that the "Honeymooners" is a good example of a show whose videos get taken down while "Gimme a Break!" videos stay up. It all depends on who owns the rights and how they feel about it. Well, at this point, the video called the "Hot Dog Stand" is still up there. I was on that site right before I came here and someone had posted a comment on it less than an hour before I arrived! On a side not, besides the "Honeymooners" there is another show whose videos used to get taken down very quickly but now do not seem to have any problem staying up. This show is "Three's Company". There are entire episodes of that show that were uploaded upwards of three months ago and are still going strong! Go figure!
