Notes: If I was only counting US shows and had not included my favorite British comedy on the list, then the #10 spot would have gone to Murphy Brown. I love Seasons 1 thru 4 of M*A*S*H, when Larry Gelbart was in charge over the writing and production; but I don't like the remaining 7 seasons enough to feel the series as a whole belongs within the Top 10 on my list of faves. (Some episodes are good but many others, not so much - especially with Alan Alda gradually taking over and trying to turn Hawkeye into Alan Alda. All IMO, of course.)
