Sara Haines Joins "The View" as Permanent Co-Host in Season 20

Following numerous appearances as a guest host on the ABC daytime talker, Sara Haines — currently the lifestyle editor at "Good Morning America" — will be a permanent co-host when "The View" returns for Season 20, the network announced Wednesday.
Additionally, ABC confirmed that CNN’s Sunny Hostin and Fox News’ Jedediah Bila “will appear frequently throughout the season.”
Returning for Season 20 are Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Candace Cameron Bure, Paula Faris and Raven-Symoné.
Sara Haines replaces Michelle Collins who was let go in June.
