"Grimm" Season 6 Taps Chris McKenna to Play Portland Cop

There’s lots of movement in the Portland Police Department these days: In addition to "Grimm‘s" Capt. Renard leaving the force to become mayor, "State of Affairs" star Chris McKenna is joining the NBC supernatural drama as a “formidable” lieutenant, TVLine has learned.
McKenna will play Lt. Grossante, a “formidable and driven military-type cop,” per the official character description. McKenna, who announced his casting via Twitter on Tuesday, is officially signed on for one episode but will probably appear in more.
No word yet on whether or not Grossante is Wesen, but this is "Grimm", so… you do the monster math.
