I'm pretty stoked about this. The lineup is set, rotation is decent, bullpen is getting better, now a closer to close out games. This is a go all in year for my Cubs!! Awesome!!! :) :)

We get 2 of your top prospects, a guy we already traded for Starlin Castro, and a 4th player. And Chapman doesn't sign an extension, so he can end up back here or somewhere else in the offseason. You guys better win it all this year, or this trade may not look so good.

Yeah I was kind of worried about him not signing the extension. However I wasn't surprised when I found out that Boras was his agent. I'm sure Theo won't let him go if he is as good as he was with the Yankees. BTW you can keep Starlin in New York..lol
