In "Larry Loves Janet" when Jack was trying to teach Janet how to be more seductive
Janet: Larry's in a vulnerable place right now
Chrissy: No, he's in his apartment {snort, snort**

Jack: Larry wiped out on what he thought was a sure thing, so now he's looking for a sweet, old-fashioned, demure, decent type of girl
Chrissy: In Los Angeles?

Well Chrissy definitely didn't need to be dumb to be funny, that's for sure. In fact, the acting dumb bit really started to hurt the show around Season 4 and 5.

Yes, she sometimes had glimmers of her earlier self. In the first three seasons (especially the first two seasons) she was a little naive but not dumb at all. By Season 4 she had regressed to child-like tendencies. Weirdly her clothes and appearance got sexier in Season 4, probably because they needed to remind the audience that she was not, in fact, a child. :lol:
