"Whatever Became of Baby Custer".

I always enjoyed the soft playing of the original I Dream of Jeannie theme in the background during the "kiss and make up" scene. To me it was one of Jeannie and Tony's most romantic moments.

I always liked "How Do You Beat Superman" You found out how Tony feels about Jeannie. I also liked the end when Jeannie tells Major Nelson she is going to the supermarket and he jumps out of his seat to go with her.

Another one is "Please Don't Feed The Astronants" I found this episode so funny too. Paul Lynde was great as Commander Porter. I thought him and Major Healley were so funny.

Commander Porter: "Everything you need to know to survive is in the "Commander Porter's Hand Book to Survival". Stick to this and you won't go hungry"
Major Healey: "Well if we get hungry we can always eat the book"
Commander Porter: "That's the spirit"

Commander Porter: "Come on Healey chomp on a snail!"

My #1 favorite used to be "The Used Car Salesman...", but now it's "Jeannie My Guru" (the episode with the hippies).

I loved the ending of that episode "Jeannie My Guru" the bit where Suzie comes in with her new boyfriend and Major Nelson calls out "JEANNIE! JEANNIE!" for comfort. You saw Major Nelson needing her.

LOL I could just picture that... I don't recall the episode, but I can visualize way too well, but sometimes that's a blessing, like right now.

I adore Paul Lynde!

"Hurricane Jeannie" and "I Dream of Jeannie: 15 Years Later."

"Hurricane Jeannie" because I liked that Tony and Jeannie revelead the latter's secret to Dr. Bellows, even if it just was a dream (but, for the record, in the original ending it was going to actually be a reality and Tony and Jeannie would leave Cocoa Beach).

"I Dream of Jeannie: 15 Years Later" because it was nice seeing three of the series regulars together again for a terrific story with an interesting surprise ending.

Anything focusing on Roger.

Sadly, I don't recall IDOJ ep titles like I do Star Trek, but I'm learning.

Wait, were there any eps focusing on Roger?

(I know there was...at least one...)

He gets ample coverage on my fanfic site and in my original fanfics. Bill Daily should read them, lol (actually, I'd blush if he did.)
