Here is a new fanfic by...me...on Mag's wedding day and all! Enjoy ppl. :D



Magda Ramirez stood in front of her mirror in her bedroom.
She thought back to last week when she asked Gabe to move out for a couple of days. She didn't know why she did, maybe to make the wedding more realistic. But it was done. Now, the hard part was coming ahead. The Wedding. The two words that made Magda start shaking whenever she thought about it. It wasn't just the flower arrangements and her dress and the fact that she couldn't seat all the people in the hall for the after wedding party. It wasn't even the vows. It was the fact that she was finally getting married. 9 years after Gabe ran off after he found out about Ben. Magda was just glad he came back.

All of a sudden her attention shifted to the flower arrangements for the wedding. She hadn't decided which flower she wanted. Lilys, orchids, roses or what. Gabe had told her he really did not care what the flowers looked like because Magda would always look beautiful.

So Magda decided to call her wedding planner-Jinny. Sure most people would hire professionals, people who knew what they were doing and what was going on. But Magda didn't care. She wanted Jinny to be her wedding planner and that was that. She knew it would be the last time she and Jin really bonded, because in a week she would be Mrs. Ramirez.

"Mrs.Ramirez" Magda thought to herself. "I like that. Mrs. Ramirez. Mrs. Ramirez, Hello, I'm Mrs. Ramirez. Nice to meet you *practicing in different tones of voices*".

Suddenly the phone rang.

Magda picked it up and without thinking answered "Hello, Mrs. Ramirez speaking."

Jinny:Magda?
Mag:Jinny? Oh, umm, hi.
Jin:Yeah, hi. Umm listen I was wondering if you could come meet me some place. *tells her where she is*
Mag:mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm. Ok....wait, Jinny what are u doing there?!?!
Jin:Listen, just meet me here, ok?
Mag:*confused as to what is going on* Umm...ok. I have to drop Ben off first.
Jin: ok, but get here.
Mag:Fine.
Jin:Good.
Mag:Jin, tell me you know what you're doing.
Jin: Don't worry. I know exactly what I'm doing.

Ben:What mom?
Mag:Sweetie, I have to drop you off early.
Ben:Why?
Mag:Well....Jinny needs me to meet her some place. You'll only be a few minutes early.
Ben:No mom, please.
Mag:Ben, what's wrong.
Ben:Nuhtin...i just don't wanna go early.
Mag:*sighs*Ben...has something been going on in school that you want to tell me maybe?
Ben:No..

Just then Gabe came in.

Gabe:Hey!
Mag: Oh hey....I didn't hear you knock.
Gabe:*waves keys in the air* remember you gave them to me a long while ago.
Mag: oh.
Ben: daddy will you stay with me?
Gabe:*looks confused* uhh..sure i guess. *gives mag a questioning look*
Mag:Gabe, uh could I see you in the hall for a second.
Gabe:Sure.

.....Ben leaves and goes into his room. Mag decides to talk in the kitchen....

...They reach the kitchen....

Gabe:What's up?
Mag:Nothing..umm...Jinny wants me to meet her somewhere and I have to drop Bem off early, and he says he doesn't want to go early.
Gabe:Are the kids giving him a hard time?
Mag:No, i dunno.
Gabe:well...hey I'll take him to school.
Mag:Really? Thanx gabe.
Gabe:No problem.
Mag:I gotta go.

...Goes to Ben's room....

Mag:ben, mommy has to go. Dad's gonna drop you off ok?
Ben: Ok...bye mom.
Mag:bye papi.

....Leaves Ben's room.......

Mag:ok...umm..thanx again.
Gabe:Magda I'm the kid's father...don't worry about it. So where did you say you were meeting Jinny again?
Mag:I dunno...she just gave me directions and oh god. I gotta go.
Gabe: OK...*leans in and kisses her for a long time*
Mag:No, gabe i'm gonna late. Gabe no...*laughs* i'll see you tonight. Bye
Gabe:bye.


.....So Magda leaves and goes into her car....

Magda starts talking to herself.
Mag: Oh Jinny...where are you taking me? Ok...this better be worth it.


.....The address Jinny had given her was 30 minutes away.....

.........Magda finally arrives....

She steps out of the car wondering why Jiny was asking her to meet her here.

She goes in through the entrance.

Mag: oh my god.

Jinny notices Magda has finally come.

Jin:yay...you got here.
Mag:*nods*
Jin:So...
Mag:Jinny, what did you do?
Jin:*laughs* You like?
Mag: *too speechless to say anything....she was taking in the site in front of her slowly*
Jin:Magda?
Mag:I.....

Mag: what did you do?

Jin:well...see I called the company that does weddings right...and they gave me free samples for the tables and the flower arrangements and everything!
Mag: omg...but how much..
Jin: Best part-it's free!!
Mag: AHHH!! *hugs jin*
Mag: oh jin this is beautiful!!!!
Jin: Well...


*Magda looks around at all the tables that have been arranged with different table cloths, plates, glasses, flowers and everything* *If anyone saw Gilmore Girls lat week...picture the scene with Sookie and Emily and all the tables and flowers and everything*

Mag: Oh, Jinny this is so beautiful.
Jin: Well...I figured with me being the planner and all, it's kinda my duty.
Mag: *sighs*
Jin:What's wrong?
Mag:Why?
Jin:You sighed.
Mag:I can't sigh.
Jin:No, not when you're about to get married.
Mag: It's just that...I'm getting married.
Jin: Yeah?
Mag: To Gabe...who left after he found out about Ben.
Jin:He loves you.
Mag:yeah but...
Jin:Hey, everyone gets cold feet.
Mag: No, I know. It's just...does he really love me?
Jin: Of course...otherwise he wouldn't marry you.
Mag: yeah..but..
Jin: No buts. C'mon let me show you everything. Let's start with this table. *points to a table* Now, I think this is very pretty. You got the whole purple thing going on. Looks...the glasses even have purple. And the flowers are so beautiful. I have never seen such beautiful flowers....*trails off*

*Magda couldn't hear what Jinny was saying. She was too busy thinking if Gabe really did love her and if he would stay this time and not run off after they pay their first check. She needed to know. But she wasn't sure. But she knew she sure did not want to feel this way*

Magda spent the day picking out table arrangements with Jinny.
Even though this was fun, and after all it was for her own wedding, the thought was still in the back of her mind.

Does Gabe really love me?

Magda kept wondering about this and debating while they were picking table arrangements.
Finally Mag told Jin she would "think about it" and that she needed to get home.

So Jinny said bye and Mag then left.

At first Jiny didn't really think much about it. But she knew something was wrong. She just didn't want to ruin Mag's day with her upcoming wedding.

Magda finally got home and went straight to Gabe.
She saw that he was not in his room.
So, she went into Ben's room.

And there she saw Gabe and Ben.

Gabe:Allright, now go to sleep.
Ben:Where's mom?
Gabe:Umm, she's coming home don't worry.
Ben: Dad?
Gabe:What is it?
Ben:Are you gonna stay this time?
Gabe:What-what do you mean son?
Ben:Well, mommy told me, a long while ago, that you left her when you found out she was gonna have a baby. So, don't leave again.
Gabe:well, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
Ben:Night.
Gabe:Night.

Magda heard the whole thing while standing in the hall.

Gabe comes out and is startled by Magda.

Gabe:Mag what's wrong?
Mag:Gabe, do you really, I mean really, want to do this?
Gabe:What?
Mag:*shakes head* getting married?!
Gabe: Of course, Mag what kind of question is that?
Mag:It's just...I dunno. Do you love me?
Gabe:What did Jinny do?
Mag:*laughs* nothing. do you love me?
Gabe:I do. So much Mag. When I left you, I knew I had made a mistake. I tried so many times to call you but I never got the nerve to do it. Then that day when I came back and you showed me our son-Ben-I really wanted to be a part of his life-and your's too. I love you so much. And I've been so happy these past couple of months Magda. SO happy.
Mag:*tears in her eyes*Gabe, *sighs* I'm happy you came back to.

They kiss and were about to go further but then they realized their promise. No sex before the wedding.

Gabe:So, uh...what happened with Jinny?
Mag:*laughs* Ready for this?
Gabe:*gives her a questioning look*
Mag:She called me to show me table arrangements!
Gabe:*laughs* Jin? Really?
Mag:It was so sweet. And omg, they were so beautiful too. One of them even had lights in the actuall flowers.
Gabe:Hmm...
Mag:It's just not something I'd expect Jin to do, ya know?

*DoorBell Rings*

Gabe:So, did you choose one?
Mag:I got it. *gets up to go answer door, Gabe goes with her*
Mag:*on the way to the door*I told her I'd think about it. *reaches the door* Who could it be at this time?

Magda opens the door and there in front of her eyes is her sister, Lily.

Mag:Lily? have you been doing drugs? *she looked pale, had really dark circles under her eyes and had marks on her hand that look like she had been shooting up*
Gabe:*goes over to Mag's side*
Lily:No...*forcing the words to come out* why-why-why would you say that?
Mag:Because *Lily passes out* OMG! Gabe, call 911.

Gabe goes over to the phone and dials 9-1-1.

Mag:*shouting* LILY!!! come on!!! damn it!! *slaps her cheeks a little, not too hard though, to get her back*

Gabe:The ambulence is on it's way.
Mag:*still working on Lily*
Gabe:Anything?
Mag:Nothing. *sits there by here till the ambulence comes, which was not very long*

They put her on a stretcher.
She had a very low pulse.
Magda goes in the ambulence with her. Gabe would meet her there with Ben.

Magda:*dials her mom* Mama. It's Lily...she's overdosed.

Magda tells her mom everything and she told Magda she would be at the hospital in 10 minutes.

They reach the ER and take Lily out of the ambulence.

They put her in a room.
Magda is still with her.
They hook her up to a heart machine.

All of a sudden the machine started beeping very loud.

Doctors are shouting.

Doctor: We're losing her. Get some help people.
Nurse:I'm sorry Ma'am. You'll have to leave.

Magda tries to protest but the nurse takes her out.

Magda: ay dios mio.

Gabe quickly rushed over to the hospital.
He asked her what was going on and he had no idea.
Magda called her mom and told her the whole story.
Her mom said she would meet her in the hospital.

her mom finally arrived.

Mag's Mom: Ay dios mio. Hunny, is she ok?
Mag: *shaking her head* I dunno...they aren't telling me anything.

Gabe had taken Ben home because he was getting tired.

The Doctor comes out.

Doc: She oded on heroin. We managed to save her.
Mag's mom: Oh thank god! *hugs magda*
Mag: *unable to move* *just stares*
Doc: You can go visit her now...

Magda's mom went in but Mag just stood there, thinking. Not thinking about her sister though. About the doctor. Dr. Frederico. Didn't he remeber her? Did what they have mean nothing to him?
Maybe he was busy....but still, you'd think he would remember her.....


i'm gonna pick the pace up when i get homeand try to finish it before sunday's wedding episode...i doubt i will though. more later...soon later...

After Mag's mom went into visit Lily it was Mag's turn.

Magda walks into the room...


Lily: Hey sis.
Mag: *points finger* Don't "hey sis" me senorita.
Lily: jeez, calm down.
Mag: *yelling* Calm down Lily. CALM DOWN!! You could've died today.
Lily: yeah, wouldn't want anything to ruin your "big day."
Mag: You know what, that's it, you need to grow up lily!

*storms out of the room*

Lily: *shouts back to her* Real mature mag, storming out, real mature.

Mag's mom: Magda?
Mag: Mom, I just, I just can't handle it right now, ok?

She started walking away slowly, then faster, until she ran into the doctor. Dr. Lopez.

Mag: I'm sorry.
Dr. Lopez: I'm sorry do I know you?
Mag: Geez, Jorge, I'm surprised you don't.
Dr. Lopez: *eyes widen* omg, magda!
Mag: yeah. so...*looks around* como estas?
Dr. Lopez: Como estas mag? You see your ex after 6 years and all you have to say is como estas?
Mag: that, and good-bye.

Magda started walking quickly towards the car. Before Jorge could catch up with her, she sped away.

All of a sudden her car phone rang. It was Jinny.

Mag: Jin?
Jin: Mag, I need you to come get me. NOW.
Mag: All right, calm down. Where are you?
Jin: I'm at the- *gunshot* Holy-
Mag: Jin?!
Jin: Someone shot a gun, listen I'm at the anchorside. come quick mag, i need you.

Magda hung up and decided to call for back-up. It wasn't everyday that jin said she needed her.

Magda put her siren on her car and sped toward Anchorside.

Magda: Jinny what the hell are you doing now? *dials Cap* Yeah. Cap. Listen I need backup. Don't ask why. I just do. At Anchorside. Do I know what I'm doing? No.

Magda finally reaches Anchorside.

*More shots fired followed by screams*

Magda thought to herself. "Those screams sounded an awful lot like....nah. couldn't be. Could it?"

Magda: What the hell?

She hears Jinny inside. "Listen buddy, just drop the damn weapon! NOW!"

Magda gets out her gun and gets ready. She goes in.

Magda: SAN FRANSISCO PD! FREEZE! WE'VE GOT THE PLACE SURROUNDED!

It turns out that the man was holding the place up. Lucky for them, Jinny was there.

*Ambulence siren in the distance*

Magda: Jinny, are you ok?
Jin: Yeah, listen Mag.
Mag: Yeah?
Jin: Something happened.
Mag: Yeah?
Jin: *points to floor with blood stain* Umm...*starts choking up*
Mag: Jinny, *puts hand on her arm* are you ok?
Jin: No. Magda, look, something happened. It's about Ben.
Mag: *stands there, shocked* What?
Jin: He umm, he....
Mag: No. Don't, don't you dare say that! Ben...omg. NO!!!!!!! BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!! *breaks down and starts sobbing uncontrollably*
Jin: *Puts her arms around her* Come on, we gotta go...
