In this episode, Janet's married friend has a fling with Jack. Jack didn't know she was married until he punched the husband (Jack thought he was just a married man dating Janet).
After Janet's friend had to pretend to make out with Jack "for a commercial", she left with her husband.
Jack then said "there goes two people who truly deserve each other"
Why would he say that? The husband didn't do anything wrong.

Jack said that because the husband was also a "player." When the wife asked husband if he missed her he responded with "I missed you just about as much as you missed me." He was on to her. He knew she was a player and so was he. That's why Jack said they deserved each other.

I haven't got an answer for this question at this time, but let me add a question
Janet's married friend is an old high school friend and the same person previously played Chrissy's old high school friend,in A
Hundred Dollars for what?
My question is what high school or high schools did Janet and Chrissy attend?

And also the husband was hitting on Janet, basically hinting around that he liked to play around. He said he never takes his wedding band off because "That way, when you fool around a little they know right up front not to expect anything." Jack heard that, so he knew that they both liked to fool around.

They never say, but Chrissy grew up in Fresno, CA and Janet was from Speedway, Indiana.
