Same here. I love Caress liquid. The lather is just wow. I also have a liquid Dove too. I like that it has a pump which makes it easier.

My mother used to use Camay Bath Soap and she thought it had a pretty smell. But then when she couldn't find Camay she switched to Irish Spring and she likes it as well

I love the smells of Ivory and Lever 2000. I use both of those along with Dove. I voted for Ivory because it's my favorite.

Do they even make Camay anymore? My Grandmother loved Camay, she said it made her skin so smooth.

I use Ivory because I have very sensitive skin. I used Dial for years and then a dermatologist told me to stop it. She wanted me to use Dove, but I ended up being allergic to it. The only disadvantage that I know of of Ivory vs. Dial or maybe other soaps is that Ivory breaks when it gets small. I was able to use Dial until it shrunk down to about the size of a tic tac.

I have found Camay in small dollar type stores in Hispanic neighborhoods! ;) I like that too along with Caress and Dove! ;)

My husband likes Lever 2000, I love the smell and wish I could use it, but I have dry sensitive skin so the three I mentioned that I use are better for me to stick with! ;)

Seriously, whatever happens to be on sale whenever the old soap runs out. No preference.

I actually prefer body wash over soap but this is no doubt my favorite.

Oh yeah!! Coast!! I forgot about that one when I was thinking of all the kinds of soaps! Good thing I put the "other" option! ;)

And how about Lifebuoy? I haven't seen that in years! Do they still make that anymore? Maybe you can find it in obscure places like Spanish Camay! ;)

If you go to Kmart you can find Camay Bath Soap for a dollar and you can find it in a dollar bin full of beauty supplies and they have lots of stuff like beauty creams and other soaps. The bin is located in the beginning of the health and beauty section but in my Kmart the beauty dollar bin is next to the pharmacy
Hope this info helps you very much Bonnie

Why would a dermatologist tell a person to stop using Dial ?

I was using it on my face and she felt like it was too harsh for me because I have really sensitive skin.

I recently started buying soaps from Trader Joe's ! I esp. love the Tea Tree Oil soap and my Hubby likes the Oatmeal & honey soap!;) Both are really nice. Great smell , esp. the Tea tree oil , a really unique nice smell. :) They leave your skin so soft and clean feeling! And very reasonably priced! ;)

I only use Dove or Oil of Olay liquid body wash. I haven't used bar soap since I was a kid. I use Oil of Olay cleanser in a pump to wash my face.

Have you tried Yardley's Bath Soap? My mom just bought some a week ago and she really likes it. It's a really fancy soap that's from England that has many different smells from English Rose to Lavender and when my mom first used Yardley's Bath Soap when she took her shower I was amazed by the pretty smell my mother wore and so my mother has encouraged me to try Yardley's Bath Soap when I take my shower tomorrow and I can't wait to see how pretty it smells

I have tried Yardkey and like it! And very good prices! They sell it at the 99 cent store! Seems like it should cost a lot more than that it is so good! ;)

So, since I made this thread, now I rarely buy Carress or Dove anymore, which used to be my favorite! I've really gotten into the soaps from Trader Joe's and Spouts and really nice soaps from beauty supply stores ! :)

I'm really into cool, pretty scented obscure and natural soaps and nice body lotions with matching body sprays and scented candles , aroma therapy is very therapeutic!! :);)

The 99 Cents Plus stores sells Yardley's Bath Soap at a really good price? I didn't know even know that because Mom found Yardley's Bath Soap on sale last week at Walgreen's and she liked it. So next time I'll tell my mother to check 99 Cents Plus to see if they have Yardley's Bath Soap so she can buy more
Sounds like an awesome deal Bonnie

I got to try Yardley's Bath Soap yesterday and I thought it smelled pretty and when I first put it on I was blown away by the scent and by the time I got in my nightgown and climbed into bed my room smelled with the scent of lavender and when I was getting dressed my mother said that I smelled just like a proper British lady. In fact when Mom buys soap again she wants to try Yardley's Bath Soap again but this time in the cucumber smell. How is the cucumber soap of Yardley's? Does it smell nice too?

I accidentally clicked Dial, but I prefer Ivory because it's gentler on my skin(I have problems with eczema), which is the reason I had to give up my former favorite, Irish Spring, despite it's better smell. However, I usually use a special body wash, because it is even gentler on my skin.

I don't have a favorite because I usually use bath gel or the stuff I get at hotels. Ha ha... I hate bar soap because I keep dropping it in the shower.
