TV LAND SHOWS THE TAG SCENE

I just finished watching a episode of Happy Days that featured Laverne and Shirley and was looking forward to the tag scene and then remembered Me-tv and antenna don't tag scenes. Yes it is great they have gave live to a lot of older shows but I kind of prefer TV Land versions better. I know we hate edited episodes but if it's going to be edited I rather have a version with a tag scene.

Agree or disagree?

ME TV and ANTENNA TV show the tag scenes sometimes, ME TV shows them with MASH and every once in a while ANTENNA TV will show them for THE ODD COUPLE.

Why? Because someone who works there loves those shows?

I think that most or sometimes when George Lopez airs in tvland sometimes cuts off ending tag, but for classic sitcoms that used to air removes the ending tag. Me tv airs ending tags though.

Antenna tv, it was talked back awhile, didn't they crunch end credits?

Yes, Antenna started crunching credits about a year ago and that is why I stopped watching that channel.

Antenna TV airs tag scenes on Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Mr. Belvedere, Bewitched, and Barney Miller when it has one. There may be other shows with the tag airing.

TV Land may show tag scenes but also edit half hour shows (25 minutes or more) to 15 or 16 minute shows. So more than 10 minutes are edited out. And who gives a crap about seeing some stupid 20 second scene, when if it's that short, it never matters to the show? This is one pointless thread.

Shows on TV Land are pretty much always under 20 minutes. So, yes, they include the tag scene. I timed The Andy Griffith Show and The Facts of Life and they both came out to be about 16 or 17 minutes long. So, why watch a tag scene if you aren't going to know why it was there in the first place???

I mean that since tag scenes were like 20 to 30 seconds, seriously who cares? If it's there, great, if it isn't, who cares because they never matter any way to the plot. They're mostly just filler.
