I've searched high and low and taking all of the show information into account, I created my own blue prints (only the first floor so far). ENJOY

This is beyond cool! I didn't really get a chance to look at it when you sent it to me earlier but I love it! I know that The Montana is really a set but oh how I wish we could have seen the whole thing!

This project has gone untouched for a while and I want to personally thank John2234 for everything. I went to personally IM him, but I don't think it went through.

Here's the updated version of the first floor and the second floor...

Floor Plan 2 - also the large guest room was placed there from the episode when Gertrude falls through the ceiling while on the bed with Mike Shaw when they were having a Mike Shaw painting unveiling.

Given Niles' personality, I'm guessing the Panic Room is probably the most frequently used room.

HA! The panic room is mentioned a few times in the series, I think. It is definitely mentioned in Daphne Does Dinner.

I love this! So creative! I wish they had shown his whole apartment but it's fun to imagine what it would have looked like anyway!

Jerod Butt pointed out that there is a guest room on the first floor. He brought to my attention that it's mentioned after Niles' surgery. 10.09 Don't Go Breaking My Heart. Niles: And Gertrude, thank you for giving up the guest bedroom so that I don't have to climb all those stairs.

In The Whine Club, there is a title scene that suggests that there is a fireplace in the walk-in closet. I have considered this even though it doesn't show up in any shot of the scene. If I were to add it, I think, the only place it could go is where I wrote "Walk-In Closet".

Here are all three floors. There is always room for improvement, so I am open to suggestions.

After realizing the guest bathroom on the Montana was shown in Dial M for Martin, I did some revamping
