"Star Trek" Charts Course for Comic-Con To Mark 50th Anniversary; William Shatner Set for Panel

Some hallowed names from the "Star Trek" universe are headed to Comic-Con in a couple of weeks to mark 50 years since the launch of the original series. Bryan Fuller, EP of the upcoming "Trek" series on CBS All Access, will moderate a golden anniversary panel that includes William Shatner and others.
Set for 2 PM Saturday, July 23, at Hall H, Star Trek: Celebrating 50 Years will see Shatner — the original Capt. Kirk — joined by Scott Bakula (Enterprise), Michael Dorn and Brent Spiner (The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine) and Jeri Ryan (Voyager).
