The ’90s were a great time for American sitcoms and one of the most popular was The Nanny featuring Fran Drescher as Fran Fine. The show is based on the real life of Fran Drescher who grew up in Queens, New York and many of the characters depicted are based on real life friends and relatives! The Nanny was a hilarious take on a Jewish fashion queen living in the big city who becomes the nanny of three children. It ran for six seasons from 1993 to 1999 and was so successful, that it spawned several adaptations and a reunion special in 2014 titled The Nanny Reunion: A Nosh to Remember. It’s been 17 years since the show last aired and we’ve decided to take a walk down memory lane and see how much the main cast is worth now!
