Long story short, my mother likes watching critically acclaimed films (nominated for OSCARS) and wanted to check out Room.

She goes on Amazon and orders The Room on DVD not realizing what movie it is and that it came out in 2003. She calls me and says that she and my dad sat down for their movie night and both couldn't believe that this film received all the praise it got.

I asked her what it was and she goes, "It was The Room, it had some long haired French guy. James, it was awful," and I couldn't stop laughing for like 20-mins. straight. I'm shocked that they actually sat through the whole thing. So I then ordered her the real Room.

Back in the Blockbuster days, I knew someone who wanted to rent Jack Frost (Michael Keaton) for their kids, and instead rented Jack Frost (killer snowman).

LOL, that's hilarious. I couldn't sit through the Room either. Pretty boring.

I saw both Jack Frost's and I preferred the one about the killer snowman!
