The "notebook" I was thinking of was from the Kimberly Pandelios case, since she had 3 spiral notebooks with her appointments in them.

"Shed" could be Charlotte Pollis (she was allegedly killed and stored in one) or the Laura Law case (she killed Michael Tlusty and put him in a shed). Not sure what others involved a shed besides those at the top of my head.

I don't know the padlocks. I vaguely remember Dan short being chained to a chair with cynder blocks and drowned alive. But that's a long shot guess.

For the bikers one mentioned by NY sleuth it is tough because there are so many biker segments. I'd have to watch them to have a clue and I don't have access to UM anymore.

I thought about Amy too as well as Gus Hoffman. Even Jenny Pratt was on a bike and suffered a head injury don't know if aneurysm has anything to do with that. But I would also guess Selena Edon because she was in the Air Force and she had a head injury that she had to live with.
