According to the article (http://deadline.com/2016/06/nickelodeon-president-russell-hicks-out-1201768958/), this move (http://deadline.com/2016/06/viacom-cyma-zarghami-nickelodeon-president-russell-hicks-exit-future-1201769316/) effects Nick's animation (http://www.cartoonbrew.com/business/nick-animation-president-russell-hicks-steps-140347.html), live action, and production development across all of the channels (http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/envelope/cotown/la-et-ct-nickelodeon-exit-20160608-snap-story.html). There hasn't been a replacement announced for Hicks yet, but I really wonder how this affects the network from this point forward.
