Will Kemp Joins "Reign" as New Love Interest for Season 4

Mary is getting a new noble suitor. English actor Will Kemp (Van Helsing) has been cast in the upcoming fourth season of The CW series "Reign". He is booked for three episodes with an option to become a series regular.
Kemp will play Lord Darnley, a character based on the real-life English nobleman who would become the second husband of Mary Queen of Scots, played on the show by Adelaide Kane. Breezily confident, charming and warm, he was born with a blood claim of his own to the English throne and a wildly ambitious mother whose love hinges entirely on his ability to secure a crown.
Mary fell in love with Lord Darnley, who was her first cousin, while mourning the death of her first husband Francis. The two got married, but the relationship quickly deteriorated as Darnley grew more and more arrogant. He subsequently was murdered, with suspicion lingering that Mary might have had a hand in that.
