I watched this on Rural TV. What a great show.

Any word on when Season 7 is coming?

Shout has only published their schedule up to November, my guess is January, with the eighth season coming in May... or quicker than that, who knows. With a few other titles finishing up soon, maybe they'll release it quicker to make room for new titles.

"Newhart" is one show that I'm anxious to complete on DVD! Can't wait to hear about seasons 7 & 8 getting released.

Video quality seem to be about same as the earlier seasons. To my knowledge all unedited episodes at ~23:50 each (with one episode at 24:15). One episode is slightly shorter but I compared it to an older syndicated/time-compressed TNN airing, and no footage seem to be missing, so nothing music related there.

I haven't gotten this season yet but hope to buy it soon!

I got mine a few days ago but haven't had a chance to watch any of it. I may save it for a rainy day or this winter when I can't do anything outside.
