Season five is where my pick is. I love when Harriette started charging Carl for her services. After charging him $15.00 for the meal she had just made for him, she gave him a $27.00 bill for his laundry. After that came the part that I thought made the whole show. She then said to Carl, "Here's the bill for last night." and he is like, "Two dollars?" and then she says in return, "Do you want me to itemize it?" :D :D :D

Another funny moment in my opinion takes place during the season seven opener when Carl and Steve call out to Waldo for help when the transformation made Steve and Carl shrink. Well after they dodge the cantaloupe that Waldo makes roll off the table that they are stuck on, Steve is like, "That was scary!" Carl in return says, "What was even more scary was hearing myself say, 'Help me, Waldo!'" :D :D :D

And I have always loved this moment from the episode, where Steve and Carl are taken hostage by a gang of thugs in a storage room.

Steve: Hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm. Gun, Carl. Gun, Carl. Hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm. Pull your gun right now.
Carl: I didn't bring my gun. I don't know what to say.
Steve: What the heck is wrong with you?
The thugs: All the doo-dah day!
