Spoilers for the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 3 finale follow. Read with caution! In Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Season 3 finale, the team defeated Hive, but at the cost of one of their own. Lincoln paid the ultimate price, and while the whole team was rattled, Daisy was the one who took it to heart. The finale then time-skipped a few months, where a lot had changed for the Agents. Daisy was on the run dishing out vigilante justice Quake style while Coulson and Mack hunted her down. Perhaps the biggest revelation was that Coulson was no longer the S.H.I.E.L.D. director and that he was back to taking orders. The identity of the director will most likely be a mystery until the Season 4 premiere,
