In the movie world I have started to notice a trend that I haven't figured out why they do it? Every time a movie debuts the toy companies release merchandise of the movie way before the movie comes out. Is it because to make the movies more successful or is it to let kids get to know the characters of the movies before it debuts? Take for instance way before Disney's Zootopia was released to theaters I've saw Disney's Zootopia toys being released and because of a deal with Target Zootopia toys and merchandise are flying off the shelves and becoming hard to find and I can't understand why this is a habit of movies. A second movie that also is doing this is the newest Captain America movie and I have seen action figures on Captain America and other merchandise as well. And Disney is also doing this with Finding Dory by releasing Finding Dory merchandise a month before the movie's release. Why I think the movies are doing this is a mystery to me and I consider this movie merchandise a sort of spoiler and by the time the movie is released people will be tired of seeing movie merchandise and the toy companies and movie companies should break this habit
