"iZombie" Promotes Aly Michalka to Series Regular

Aly Michalka has been promoted to series regular on "iZombie", EW has learned. Over the first two seasons, Michalka has recurred as Peyton Charles, Liv’s best friend and roommate who has an on-again, off-again relationship with Ravi (Rahul Kohli).
The last we saw of Peyton, she had been rescued from Boss’ henchmen by Blaine (David Anders) before, you know, zombies aimed to take over the world.
"iZombie" will return midseason on The CW.
