Gene Shalit is now retired and Siskel & Ebert are dead. Meanwhile, Richard Roeper is now a co-host on Fox32's Good Day Chicago. He does reviews it seems for his YouTube channel and weighs on films on the show, but it's not a regular gig anymore. Roeper also had a gig recording movie reviews for Starz, but I don't think he's still there. Mark Kermode does reviews for the BBC News Channel every week, though he's better known for his radio show format.
It seems like the closest we have to that is the entertainment reporter for the local newscast reviewing movies. But since it is just a segment on a newscast the review is limited to whether or not they liked the movie and whether or not it's appropriate to bring the kids to it.
Social media/the internet in general has pretty much made these type of shows irrelevant. The big movies are released in Europe and Asia a month before North America and if you're on an social media, you'd hear how it was already and make a decision. It might help with smaller films, but they usually get limited releases anyway and not easy to find if you are interested.
