:mad: On April 30th I ordered three DVD items from Walmart.com. The next week I got one of the items. The next two we're never even shipped. I tried cancelling the other order, but nothing has happened. I called the number on Monday, and the lady said that i would hear from them in the next two days. Well, it is Thursday and I have still not heard from anybody or gotten my money back. What is going on with Walmart? I think I am being ripped off!

The local walmart around is here 25 miles away. So I don't frequent the store much. Sorry for your troubles.

When my family and I go to Walmart we rarely have had problems with them but a few years ago my mother and I brought a cd for my dad and when we tried to return it for a different cd Walmart wouldn't let us return it because the cd was opened and used and Mom and I had a argument with the manager and we ended up getting store credit. Also when I would buy movies and music they would give it to me at the regular price even though the music and movies came from the $5,99 bargain bin the cashier would tell me lies saying that someone had just put the movie or cd in the bargain bin but then the Walmart employees became nice and my family has shopped Walmart more than ever now and we always have found good deals there
