I’m enjoying this new era of Game of Thrones, one where in season six we’re now through 95% of the book source material and sailing into uncharted waters. It’s nice to watch the show and actually be surprised again, something I haven’t experienced since season one, before I read the series. And now, no idiots can spoil what’s about to come next. It’s great! With that said, I think this season has a few issues. One is something I saw developing last year, but now it’s becoming amplified as this season presses on. The issue? In a show all about conflict, Game of Thrones doesn’t have nearly as many good villains as it used to. Way back when, we had a family full of Lannisters to loathe, traitorous
