I'm surprised the theme song is even more annoying in this pilot. Funny thing is, I actually like the theme music to Three's a Crowd, even though the show itself is not so good.

This is correct. The other never-before-seen pilot (the one they did with Susan Lanier as Chrissy) is on the Season 3 DVDs as part of the bonus features.

The opening theme is the same on both the unaired pilots....that "doo dee doo" business sounds so funny.
